Arnold is a Durham native and graduated from Durham High School in 1970. He attended East Carolina University and Sandhills Community College . Arnold formed Allenton Management in 1989, after 17 years of working in the property management business for his former employer Allenton Realty and Insurance Company. Arnold has a North Carolina real estate brokers license and is the broker-in-charge at Allenton.

Arnold and his wife Diane, who is also a Durham native, have two children. He is past president of the Durham Association of Realtors and has received their Distinguished Service Award and was named Realtor of the Year in 1982. Arnold is past chairman of the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR) Property Management Division and past chairman of the NCAR Legislative Committee. Arnold is also past president of North Carolina Chapter 56 of the Institute of Real Estate Management and earned the Certified Property Manager designation in 1978.

Arnold served as a member of the Durham Public Schools Board of Education for ten years and is currently treasurer of the Durham Public Schools Scholarship Foundation. He and his wife continue to be active in their support of the athletic and performing arts programs in the Durham Public Schools. He plays golf and is a big NASCAR and ACC basketball fan.

Arnold is President of Allenton Management and his responsibilities include oversight of the homeowner association and commercial management areas.

Linda is a Durham native and graduated for Southern High School in 1977. She has been working in property management business since her graduation and has over 25 years of experience. Linda has been with Allenton for 17 years. Linda holds a North Carolina real estate salesman license.

Linda and her husband Tony have one daughter. Linda loves the outdoors, is an avid stock car racing fan. Linda spends most of her spare time making all types of crafts and helping friends and family members.

Linda is Vice President and her responsibilities include the day to day operations and management of the office staff.

Gerry Williams: gerryw@allenton.com

Gerry is a native of Granville County, North Carolina, but has made his home in Durham for over 30 years. He is a 1970 graduate of J.F. Webb High School. Gerry is a former employee of the City of Durham and came to work for Allenton in 1977. Gerry is a very dedicated employee and is about to celebrate his 25th anniversary with the Allenton family. Gerry holds a North Carolina real estate salesman license and is a notary public.

Gerry and his wife Jackie have one son. Gerry is a member of the Durham Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Gerry enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. Gerry is an accomplished pig-pickin cook and helps with church and family functions.

Gerry is a leasing agent and his duties include leasing, coordinating maintenance, working with sub-contractors and with property owners and overseeing all court proceedings and lien filings.

Jeff Jeanneret: jeffj@allenton.com

Jeff is a native of Elizabeth, New Jersey and moved to Durham in 1985. He attended college at the University of Lousiville and served four years in the United States Air Force. Jeff has worked in the food service business and operated a deli in West Lafayette, Indiana. Jeff came to work for Allenton in 1993. He holds a North Carolina brokers license.

Jeff and his wife Cheryl have three sons. Jeff enjoys buying distressed investment property, then renovating and reselling it.

Jeff is a member of the Durham Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Jeff 's primary responsibility is leasing and credit verification, but he also helps with coordinating maintenance and checking vacancies.

Matthew Spell: matts@allenton.com

Matt is a native of Durham. He graduated from Riverside High School in 2000 before attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2004. Matt holds a North Carolina Real Estate Salesman License.

In his spare time Matt enjoys spending time with friends, staying physically fit, and supporting his Tarheel basketball and football teams. Matt is a member or the Exchange Club of Greater Durham and the Durham Association of Realtors.

As his primary roles, Matt is in charge of advertising, helps with leasing, vacancies, and coordinating maintenance.

Sandy Teasley: sandyt@allenton.com

Sandy is a native of Durham and is a 1977 graduate of Northern High School. She is the former owner of Sandy's School of Dance. She came to work at Allenton in 1987.

Sandy and her husband Mark have two sons. Sandy is active in her church, spends all of her free time with her family. She enjoys baseball, Duke basketball and is an avid shopper.

Sandy is the account payable clerk and is responsible for paying all the bills, taking maintenance calls and appointment scheduling for the leasing agents.
